Dallas Police Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Elva Ibarra, Latin/female/15 years old. Elva is 5’4”/140 lbs with black hair and brown eyes and wearing braces on her teeth. Detectives believe Elva may be with Juxlian Mendoza, Latin/Male/17 years old, who also goes by the name “Junior”. Elva has been gone since February 26, 2012.
