Suspect Convicted in Dearborn Home Invasion. See email/web message for details.
Dearborn, Mi. — Dearborn Police arrested 21 year old Hassan Sobh of Dearborn in August of 2011 for a Home Invasion on Nightingale in Dearborn. The home invasion happened during the middle of the day. Residents in the area who observed the incident alerted the police and provided information that led to the arrest of Sobh. Sobh was found guilty by jury on February 2nd 2012 of Home Invasion and was sentenced by the Honorable Judge James Callahan on February 23rd 2012 to 6 months in the Wayne County Jail and 5 years probation.
Chief Haddad stated “This arrest and conviction could not have been possible without the assistance of the citizens and to be clear this community will never tolerate or permit individuals to violate the security of our neighborhoods”.
