Alert: ...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM CST TUESDAY FOR VERY STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE WESTERN HALF OF THE PANHANDLES... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM CST TUESDAY FOR VERY STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE WESTERN HALF OF THE PANHANDLES. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. * AFFECTED AREA: IN OKLAHOMA...CIMARRON...TEXAS. IN TEXAS... DALLAM...SHERMAN...HANSFORD...HARTLEY...MOORE...HUTCHINSON... OLDHAM...POTTER...CARSON...DEAF SMITH...RANDALL...ARMSTRONG. * WIND: SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 65 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. * HUMIDITY: RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL FALL BETWEEN 13 AND 15 PERCENT TUESDAY AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RECOVER ABOVE 15 PERCENT TUESDAY EVENING. * TIMING: CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE TUESDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL DIMINISH AFTER 8 PM CST.
