FRAUDULENT USE ARREST
An Attalla man has been arrested and charged with a fraudulent use related offense.
“27 year old Nicholas Lee Palmer was booked into the Detention Center on Friday, February 24th. He was charged with one count of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card,” states Investigator Fred Lasseter. “The charge is a Class C felony.”
Lasseter says Palmer allegedly gained access to his mother’s debit card and used it on February 21st to withdraw funds from her checking account. Palmer did not have permission to use the debit card.
Palmer was later released on $2,500 bond.
