Beware of Scam letter regarding Foreclosure on home from Franklin Mint FCU soliciting alternatives to foreclosure. It states that the sale of your home has been scheduled and to avoid the process to call to arrange for alternatives. It includes a claim to refinance and lower mortgage payments. The whole thing is a fraud intended to solicit any money they can from you to initiate a false process.
