Advisory

February 21, 2012 - Three arrested and charged with delivery following two undercover buy/bust operations.

February 21, 2012 – TPD and Constable Wallace’s Office conducted two successful undercover buy/bust operations arresting three people. Dennis Aylor, 59 years old, (photo1)Richard Kintz, 45 years old, (photo2) and Tanya Kintz, 45 years old, (photo 3) were charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance (Hydromorphone). Aylor was arrested at his residence on Main Street, near Walker Street. Richard and Tanya Kintz were arrested at their residence in the Outback Marina. Richard and Tanya Kintz were also charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamines).

Hydromorphone is a derivative of morphine and is highly sought after by drug users. The pills are often crushed, heated with water, and injected to create the similar effects of morphine. Although the pills are small, they have an average street value of $25.00 apiece.

Did you know the Pct1 Deputy Constables volunteer 100% of their time to conduct these buy/bust operations and that some of the time put in by Trinity Police Officers is volunteer? Next time you see one of them, thank them for us.
