February 16, 2012 2:00AM - Constable Wallace's Office and TPD served a felony “No Knock” search warrant at a suspected methamphetamine dealer's residence in the Pinecrest Subdivision off Hideaway Road. Three people were taken into custody; Brian Moon, 43 years old, Jeffery Evans, 42 years old, and Debra Gatlin, 34 years old. All three were charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamines) and felony engaging in organized criminal activity.
