February 9, 2012 11:24PM – Following a successful watch and bust narcotics operation conducted by TPD and Constable Wallace’s Office, Oscar Hall, 35 years old, was arrested on FM 356, near the city limits. Hall was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamines), misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug.
