On 02/08/2012 at 2018 Hrs. citizen received telemarketing call from (978) 356-9964 from male subject representing"Lysco Contracting of Framingham" pitch was high pressure & misleading, subject stating "It's time for your semi annual chimney inspection" & "we will be in your Town this week doing services" Frequently referred to the dangers of chimney fire, and referred to the "National Fire Safety Board" repeatedly. Caller knewfull name and home address, and was calling my non published number. Tactics used by this subject would certainly lead a certain segment (Senior citizens) to believe that they had used the services of this company in the past, or that they were in some kind of danger from a chimney fire.
Lysco Contracting has been the subject of numerous consumer & criminal complaints in multiple States.
