HOLLISTER, CALIFORNIA – February 4, 2012 – Hollister Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway 14 year old girl that may be in the company of a 41 year old male.
On February 2, 2012, Selena Burr was reported as runaway by her grandmother (and legal guardian). Burr’s grandmother is concerned because Burr has never run away before and thinks she might be in the company of Clint Wageman (41).
While conducting this investigation, officers learned Burr has been in contact with Wageman by phone and by internet in recent weeks. Wageman is a friend and distant relative of the family and his last known address was on the 100 block of Sixth Street, San Francisco, CA. Wageman is no longer at this address and his cellular phone number was recently disconnected.
All attempts to contact Wageman have been unsuccessful and there is no information if he has a vehicle at this time. Recent internet searches on Burr’s home computer revealed she was looking
at apartments for rent in the Oakland, CA area.
Selena Burr is a fourteen-year-old, White, female. She is 5’09’ tall, has blond hair, blue eyes, and weighs 175 pounds.
Wageman is a white male adult, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 195 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.
Wageman is a person of interest in this missing person case. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Selena Burr is encouraged to call 911 or the Hollister Police Department at 636-4330.
