Gang Sweep Results In Seven Arrests

The Lake County Gang Task Force conducted a county wide gang sweep on January 23, 2012, which culminated in seven arrests.
The Lake County Gang Task Force is comprised of personnel from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Lakeport Police Department, Clearlake Police Department, California Highway Patrol and the Lake County Probation Department.
The purpose of the sweep was to conduct parole and probation searches. During the sweep, the task force was divided into two teams. One team worked in the city of Clearlake and the other team worked in the North end of the county. They conducted 25 probation / parole searches and 5 warrant services. The operation was considered very successful.
Arrested were: 27 year old Justin Thomas Cordero of Clearlake, Probation Violation; 22 year old Aaron Lee Pifer of Nice, Probation Violation; 22 year old Brandy Nichole Lopez of Lucerne, Under the influence of a controlled substance; 38 year old Shawn Patrick Stallings of Lakeport, Parole Violation; 39 year old Curtis Frank Anderson III of Lucerne, Probation Violation; 27 year old Rickey Lee Floyd Jr. of Clearlake, Under the influence of a controlled substance and 25 year old Nicholas Stephen Jarvis of Kelseyville who had a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
This continuing proactive enforcement effort is designed to send a clear message to criminals, gang members and drug dealers that Lake County will not tolerate their illicit endeavors.
