The-Berks-Lehigh Regional Police is inviting the community to participate in a special event!

Join us for a "How to Avoid Becoming a Victim of Scams" seminar at the Upper Macungie Township Building large conference meeting room on Wednesday, February 15th at 7:00 pm.

This seminar will be presented by the Lehigh County Elder Abuse Task Force, which was created by Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin in 2007.

The seminar will include discussion on internet, mail, and phone frauds. In addition, the seminar will provide an overview of elder abuse and signs of neglect, as well as instruct community members on how to intervene appropriately if abuse is suspected.
