On January 27th, an unreported stolen vehicle was found wrecked and abandoned in the 5700 block of Wabash. It was determined that the vehicle belonged to Swaff Autos at 2721 SW 27th. The owner discovered that his building had been broken into and a total of 7 vehicles had been stolen from the sales lot. On Friday and over the weekend, 6 of the 7 vehicles have been recovered by police and the owner. One vehicle still missing is a white 2002 Ford F-150 Flairside Super cab pick-up with an aftermarket grill. We also have video surveilance of several suspects seen driving the vehicles.
