Synopsis:
A H/M approximately 35 years old, 5’4”, heavy set, clean shaven, wearing a black baseball cap black jean jacket and black pants entered the Bank of America, presented a demand note, simulated a weapon, and fled out of the bank eastbound on foot. The loss is undetermined. Robbery Detectives are handling the investigation.

Synopsis:
A W/M in his teens to early 20’s, 5’1” to 5’4”, wearing a surgical white mask, short blond hair, blue hoodie and jeans, entered the CVS Pharmacy with a knife and demand note. He fled out the door on foot in an unknown direction. The loss is undetermined. Robbery Detectives are handling the investigation.

Type: 314 INDECENT EXPOSURE
Synopsis:
This morning around 0630 at Poblado Rd & West Bernardo Dr, a 16 year old female was walking to the bus stop when a W/M/A in his 50’s drove up in a newer model 4 door dark colored compact car. The male got out of the car, stared at the female and pretended to be looking at houses along the street. The male began walking behind the female but never said anything. He followed behind her so close that he almost touched her body. The female then ran to the bus stop and the male ran back to his car. At 0705 at Calle Suacillo & Avnda Alcachofa, the same suspect approached an 18 year old female as she walked to school, exposed his genitals to her and asked her, “Do you want some of this?”
The male then ran away on foot, no vehicle was seen in this incident.
Both victims described the suspect as a W/M/A, mid 50’s, thin build, gray hair, wearing a navy blue sweater & khaki pants. In addition, the first victim reported that there was an orange blanket covering the rear seat of the suspect’s car.
Rancho Bernardo High will be sending out an “E-Blast” to alert all parents about the above incidents.

Synopsis:
A 21 year old male was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Main St. He collided with a westbound Chevy Monte Carlo that was turning left onto Vesta St. The motorcycle rider suffered a broken femur and broken clavicle. Traffic Division is investigating.

Type: SERIOUS INJURY ACCIDENT
Synopsis:
A female in her 20’s was riding her bike northbound on Girard Av, crossing Pearl St. The signal at the intersection was flashing red. A female in her 40’s driving a Ford SUV westbound on Pearl St. collided with her. The bicyclist suffered an open fracture to her leg. Traffic Division is investigating.
