JOINT INVESTIGATION SEARCHES FOR MISSING WOMAN WHO WAS POSSIBLY ASSAULTED.

(Forest Park) The Forest Park Police Department and the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a possible missing person case. January 29, 2012 at 8:33am a woman was seen standing naked in the 3900 block of N. Coltrane Road in Forest Park. According to eyewitnesses the unidentified woman was heard arguing with a man named Paul Rich (d.o.b. 03/13/1958) at his residence.

The witnesses claim that the unidentified woman was bleeding and when they looked outside saw Mr. Rich lunge toward the victim with a pair of scissors. Rich was then seen by one of the witnesses leading the victim away. Forest Park Police were called and responded to the scene at 8:35am but Rich and the unidentified woman were no longer at the scene. Police also could not initially locate Mr. Richs’ vehicle.

At 9:48am on January 29th Paul Rich returned to his house alone and spoke with investigators, but he didn’t give any information to help locate the missing woman. Investigators did find evidence at the scene consistent with an assault. The missing woman is described as an African-American, 45 - 50 years old, with a possible first name of “Donna” or “Diana”. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call 869-2501.

Forest Park investigators booked Paul Rich on complaints of kidnapping, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon related to this case. Rich is also being held on a complaint of first degree rape for an unrelated case that occurred on January 24, 2012 in Forest Park.
