Earlier today at approximately 1:14pm the Chase Bank located in the 5000 block of E. Huron River Dr. in Superior Township was robbed. The suspect entered the bank, produced a note and left with an undisclosed amount of money. A few moments later the suspect was apprehended on Huron River Drive not far from the bank. No one within the bank was injured and the money was recovered.
The 32 year old Ypsilanti resident was arrested and transported to the Washtenaw County Jail.
