Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 1pm today to 11am Saturday per National Weather Service for Mercer & surrounding counties.
A period of snow will move across the area this afternoon with an inch or less of accumulation. Snow will redevelop this evening and become steadier overnight before tapering off early Saturday morning resulting in a total of 3 to 5 inches.
Travel difficulties are expected due to reduced visibilites and snow accumulations.
