Jeremy Carroll, 30 years old, turned himself in to Constable Wallace at the Trinity County District Attorney’s Office. Carroll had a warrant charging him with Felony Improper Relationship Between an Educator and Student. Although an arrest has been made the allegations are still under investigation.
