January 18, 2012 10:28PM – Officer Adams arrested James “JK” Moody, 28 years old, (photo 2) and Kyle Webb, 18 years old, (photo 3) on Jack Scheffer Road near the Trinity High School. Both subjects were charged with felony manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamines) in a drug free zone. The arrests stemmed from a joint undercover narcotics operation conducted by the TPD and Constable Wallace’s Office. In addition to seizing methamphetamines, officer located and seized an assortment of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. Moody was also held under a felony warrant for failure to appear on an unrelated possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver charge.
