ATM Burglar Gets Some Face Time

Dallas Police Burglary Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect caught on surveillance camera breaking into an automated teller machine. The ATM was located outside of the Comerica Bank at 5201 East R.L. Thornton Freeway. This offense took place on December 20, 2011 at 12:30 AM and was documented on case #331883-Y.

The below pictures are of the suspect as he was attempting to pry open the ATM. Detectives believe he was at the location for roughly 30 minutes working on the machine. When vehicles would pull up to use the ATM, the suspect would leave the area only to return to continue the burglary. He is described as a white male, approximately 35-40 years old. He was wearing a dark jacket and white t-shirt.
