CHP will provide Intermittent Traffic Control for vehicles/pedestrians/cyclists that would like to cross the flow of runners, when possible. The goal is to assist any traffic that is trying to get 'into' the marina in a fashion that does not cause an extreme delay. Again, the total time that runners will be in the Marina will be from 7:06am - 8:00am (pending any delays on the start). Before the start of the race, I would like to ensure that all traffic devices are up, and the traffic plan is in place, but CHP, at its discretion, can allow vehicles to cross the runners path prior to the first run and after the last runner. If, there is a large enough break between runners, CHP can direct the vehicle across the path of travel that the runners are taking.
