Incident: Petaluma Gang Sweep
Summary:
On the listed date and time the Petaluma Gang Enforcement Team conducted a probation sweep in Petaluma and the surrounding area. The sweep targeted subjects who are gang members or associate with gangs. They were contacted to see if they were in compliance with their sentenced terms of probation or parole. Three individuals were taken into custody on felony violations during the sweep. The violations consisted of possession of Methamphetamine, possession of Ecstasy pills, possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of hypodermic needles, and violation of probation. All subjects were transported to Sonoma County Jail.
