Attempted Rape Suspect
Date: 12/16/11 Day: Friday Time: Approximately 1:50pm
Location: Compton City Hall Court Yard
Suspect: MH/25-30, medium skin, blk/bro, medium build, 506, wearing a black hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans, riding a silver BMX type bike
Weapon: Force
Crime Summary: Suspect was traveling on his bicycle when he approached victim from behind and asked her for the time. The victim gave the suspect the time and continued walking. Seconds later, the suspect was on foot and approached the victim from behind . Suspect grabbed a hold of her hand and with his other hand grabbed her buttock. Suspect tried to force the victim into the bushes but victim was able to break free from his grasp and run towards her vehicle. Suspect then got back on his bicycle and traveled out of view.
