On Friday, 25 November 2011 at 12:31am police were dispatched to 637 Catherine Street on a report of a fight. Upon arrival, there were approximately 15 to 20 people outside of 637 Catherine Street.

A witness approached police and stated " Sir please get him out of here he is fighting with everybody "she pointed to a Hispanic male, later identified as defendant Enrique Nobles, D.O.B. 02/17/1972. Many witnesses were pointing at Mr. Nobles and were stating that he was the one that was causing the problem.

Nobles was yelling and pacing back and forth. Police Officer Manual Lopez tried to speak to Nobles but he kept yelling expletives at the officer. Nobles then suddenly lunged towards Officer Lopez hitting his chest in an attempt to knock him over.

After a brief struggle with several officers Nobles was placed under arrested and transported to HQ.

Nobles was charged with Assault Aggravated on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct. Bail was set at $35,000 with no 10% option by Honorable Judge George Boyd.

Nobles had two outstanding warrants one out of Woodbridge, NJ and the other out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. He was arrested and charged with the burglary to the Perth Amboy City Hall on Saturday, 15 October 2011. Nobles was treated at the Raritan Bay Medical Center after he was complaining of pain and shortness of breath.
