On Thursday, 22 December 2011 members of the Special Investigation Bureau, with the assistance of other detectives, executed a Superior Court Search Warrant at 79 Washington Street, 3rd floor apartment.

Arrested were the residents of the apartment Carlos A. Cruz Jr. age 24, Koshbu Singh age 19, Jose Concepcion III, age 24, and Britney Suazo, age 21.

Evidence seized was (44) small plastic ziplock baggies of marijuana that was packaged for sale, (4) knotted sandwich bags of marijuana weighing 24 grams, $253.00 in cash and paraphernalia which included digital scales, ziplock baggies, and sandwich bags.

All defendants were charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of the Middlesex County Vocational High School, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Bail was set by the Honorable Municipal Court Judge Maria Del Valle-Koch at $30,000.00 for Cruz, $2,500.00 for both Concepcion III and Suazo, and Singh was released on her own recognizance.
