December 22, 2011 – Bethany Solomon, 26 years old, was arrested by Pct. 1 Deputy Constables Rusty Barrett and Ricky Hope at her residence in Camp Branch Acres. The arrest stemmed from an investigation conducted by Deputy Constable Mark Cole. Deputy Cole received a warrant charging Soloman with felony retaliation. Solomon is alleged to have made threats to a witness whom assisted the constable’s office with a December 2, 2011 undercover buy/bust in which Solomon was charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamines). Constable Wallace would like the community to know that there are a number of people whom are willing to put their names on the line to help us fight drugs and crime. The constable’s office will not tolerate anyone who threatens or take action against anyone who assists us with our investigations.
