On Saturday, 11/26/2011, at 1:30 am, police were dispatched to 434 Hall Avenue, Half Time Bar, on a report of shots fired. Police observed people leaving the bar and a search for suspects and victims was conducted. At this time a witness who lives in the area approached police and stated that he heard what sounded like three gunshots. When he looked outside towards the front of the bar he observed what appeared to be a gold or beige colored Toyota Camry drive off west on Hall Avenue with three to four passengers. Another witness told police that several Hispanic males were fighting and one Hispanic male reached into his waist at that point people started running east on Hall Avenue. As they ran he heard three gunshots. The suspect a Hispanic male was wearing a grey colored baseball cap, and grey colored long sleeve shirt. Two other victims reported that they were assaulted by a group of two Hispanic males and a black male.



Police located a 9 mm Glock, black colored, handgun on the ground in the parking lot area of the Half Time Bar. Anyone with additional information is requested to contact Detective Chris Joy at 732-324-3815 or 732-324-3811.
