South Pasadena Police Department Seeking Public's Assistance in Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects

On 12/15/11 at about 11:15 p.m., an armed robbery occurred in the 1100 block of Mound Ave., South Pasadena. A 30 year-old male was walking to a nearby store when he saw two male blacks exit a parked burgundy or deep red 2-door car parked along the west curb. The suspects approached him and one of them pointed a large caliber, blue metal semi-automatic handgun at the victim and ordered him to get on the ground. The victim complied and the suspects took the victim’s wallet, iPhone, and iPod Touch. The suspects left southbound Mound in the car, which the victim said had a loud exhaust.
