The Chelsea Police Department has received a report that a male subject with a thick foreign accent called and represented himself as a "detective" with the Chelsea Police Department. The caller advised that the prize could be claimed at the UPS store in Chelsea. This is not a legitimate call, the Chelsea Police Department does not solicit over the phone or offer prizes. If you receive a call like this tell them that you are not interested and hangup the phone. If you continue receiving calls from the individual contact your local police department and report the incident.
