Raritan Township Police Department advises you to AVOID the Rt. 31 / Bartles Corner Road / Sand Hill Road intersection due to a traffic congestion.
The traffic signal is out at that intersection. Temporary stop signs are in place and the intersection has been coned off to prevent vehicles from going straight through the intersection or making left hand turns. Utility crews have been notified and power will be restored as soon as possible.
