Leaf vacuuming and special burn weekend 
Republic Services will wrap up the fall leaf vacuuming service for City residents of Centralia as of Friday, December 16, 2011. After this date, the usual landscape waste and limbs will continue to be collected every week in approved paper bags.
Due to inclement weather the City Manager has approved a special burn weekend to be held on Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th from 12 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This will be the last burn weekend offered in 2011.
