Power outage affecting Rafter J area. LVE expects service returned within the hour. Cold is affecting repair efforts. 
Per Lower Valley Energy (LVE), a power outage has been affecting the Rafter J/Adams Canyon area since approximately 6:30am this morning. Crews are out working on the issue, but cold weather has been hampering repair efforts. The latest update from LVE is that they hope to have service restored within the next hour (it is currently 10:10am).
