About This Crime:
On November 19, 2011 at approximately 6:30 PM, a 13 yr old female victim was walking in the 5100 block of West Huron when she was approached by an unknown male. After engaging the victim in conversation, the offender grabbed the victim by her jacket, covered her mouth, and dragged her into a nearby alley. The victim was able to get away after spraying the offender with pepper spray.
About The Offender:
The offender is described as male black, 19-20 years old, 5'7”- 5'8”, muscular build, light complexion, wearing a purple Pelle jacket with a large P surrounded by rhinestones on the back. The offender had a fresh scratch under his right eye.

· If possible, don't walk alone and stay in well lit areas.
· Call 911 to report any suspicious person(s), vehicle(s) or activity in your neighborhood.
· Call 911 and provide a detailed description of the offender(s) including the vehicle description and license plate information.
