On Saturday, 12 November 2011 at 5:43pm, Police were dispatched to Walgreen's Pharmacy, 520 Convery Blvd. on a report of a forged prescription.

Upon arrival the Pharmacist reported that Cindy Blanchard came in earlier in the day and dropped off a prescription for Oxycodone, 120 count @ 30mg each. The RX was prescribed by Dr. David F. Porter out of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. Upon contacting the Doctor’s Office to verify the prescription, it was determined that the prescription was forged and that a pad was stolen from his office. Police Office Luis Perez then placed Cindy Blanchard, DOB 11/07/1975 of 341 Grady Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey under arrest. Ms. Blanchard was charged and Bail was set at $15,000.00 with no 10% by the Honorable Judge George Boyd.
