* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 OR 65 MPH NEAR BEACHES AND HEADLANDS. GUSTS TO 45 OR 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN COASTAL COMMUNITIES.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH MOST OF MONDAY MORNING.
