On Friday, 04 November 2011 members of the Perth Amboy Police Department’s Investigative Bureau along with the US Secret Service arrested Eric Urbano, a practicing attorney, DOB 11/26/1972 out of 10 Indian Trail, Matawan, N.J.. He was arrested after he signed for a package which he believed contained over $20,000.00 in collectible coins. This was the controlled delivery at 409 Alpine Street, Perth Amboy, NJ. He was charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Theft by Deception, Identity Theft, and Forgery & Fraud. Bail was set in the amount of $25,000.00 no 10%. The case was turned over to us by U.S. Secret Service Detective Marcos Valera is assigned the case.
