On 11-9-11, at 2:00 PM, a test of the Emergency Alert System will sound for about 3 minutes. All TV, radio, cable and satellite included. 
On 11-9-11, at about 2:00 PM, a test of the Emergency Alert System will occur on all TV, radio, cable and satellite operations. The test will be using the Presidential message code, which has never been tested before. This test will last about 3 full minutes, as opposed to the usual 10 second tests. The message will include "This is only a test". We will send out another reminder on 11-9-11.
