Morris Plains Community Center open 9 am to 9 pm today & tomorrow to serve as warming center or to recharge personal electronics. 
The Morris Plains Community Center, located at 51 Jim Fear Drive in Community Park, will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow (November 1st and November 2nd) to serve as a warming center and/or a location for residents to recharge their personal electronics.
