Denville Township has reopened the shelter at the Senior Citizen Ctr, 100 E Main st. For additional info call 973-627-4900, ext9 
The Denville Township Office of Emergency Management and the Denville Police Department has opened the shelter at the Senior Citizens Center at 100 East Main St (Rt 53). The shelter is currently staffed and will remain open as long as necessary. There will be accomodations made for people to stay overnight (cots and blankets). You may also bring any additional items that you need to feel comfortable.
People wishing to shelter their animals may do so by calling police headquarters at 973-627-4900, ext 9, and the animals will be taken to our shelter at the DPW.
