As previously announced, the City of Perth Amboy would like to inform all city residences that the Halloween Parade and Costume Judging Contest has been relocated to the Perth Amboy High School located on 300 Eagle Avenue due to inclement weather forecasts today. The event is scheduled to start at 11:00 am.
