BOXBOROUGH - On Oct. 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., as part of the third National Prescription Drug Take Back initiative, the Boxborough Police Department, in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), will give the public another opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by disposing of potentially dangerous, expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. As part of the initiative, The Boxborough Police Department is asking citizens to bring their expired and no longer needed medications for disposal to the Boxborough Police Department located at 520 Massachusetts Avenue.
