On Thursday, 21 October 2011 members of the Special Investigation Bureau of the Perth Amboy Police Department executed a Superior Court Search Warrant at 874 Harned Street, Apt. 11A. Arrested were Lea Visaggio, D.O.B. 02/02/1988, Jennifer Okuszki, D.O.B. 07/13/1989 for Possession of Marijuana U/50 (both South Plainfield residents), Daniel Portela, D.O.B. 05/24/1989 for Possession of Marijuana U/50 after purchasing Marijuana from the aforementioned residence. Residing there and arrested were the target of the investigation Edward Rozzelle, D.O.B. 09/03/1989 and Joseph Darby, D.O.B 02/06/1989 for Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, Possession with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of Flynn school & 500 feet of Willow Pond Park, Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, Possession of narcotic paraphernalia & Endangering the Welfare of a Child. $2,144.00 in U.S. Currency was seized. Bail for both was set at $25,000.00 by the Honorable Judge Maria Del Valle-Koch.
