On Friday, September 30, 2011, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Camarillo Police Department’s Traffic Unit responded to Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks and arrested Rogaciano Lopez after he was medically released. Lopez was the driver of a vehicle that was involved in a traffic collision on 9/19/11, on Pleasant Valley Road in Camarillo that resulted in the death of four men. Lopez was transported to the Pre-Trial Detention Center in Ventura where he was booked on Vehicular Manslaughter. His bail is set at $50,000. Lopez is set to be arraigned on Tuesday, 10/4/11, in Courtroom #13.
