The Public Hearing to discuss Special Assessments (Item 5.1) will be held after the joint meeting with the Osseo School Board. The hearing will not start until 8:15 p.m. at the earliest. If you would like to testify about special assessments, please arrive around 8:15 p.m. We want to be respectful of your time so you don't get bored!
