Police Seek Burglary Suspect 
The Cedar Grove Police Department is currently investigating two residential burglaries that occurred over the past weekend. In each incident, the unknown suspect forcibly entered homes on Ridge Road and Bentley Road, the first on Friday afternoon on Ridge Road and the second on Bentley Road on Sunday afternoon. In each case, the suspect forced open the front door and ransacked interior rooms, stealing items of jewelry and laptop computers. Based upon witness accounts, police believe that the two incidents may have been perpetrated by the same suspect. Police are seeking a white male suspect in his 40’s driving a white or silver older model Dodge Durango in connection with the burglaries.
