MPD Officer Shot 
(Memphis 9/3/2011) A Memphis Police Officer has been shot near the intersection of Summer and Avon while responding to a robbery call at a restaurant.
The officer is in extremely crtical condition.
No word If anyone else has been hurt.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
Police are looking for a Maroon Nissan Sentra TN plate 449VYC driven by a black female with black male shooting suspect in back of car.
