The Town of Chester Police department, fire department and EMS personnel will be working around the clock to assist everyone's needs within Chester during Irene. Please be mindful that non-emergency calls will most likely have to wait due to higher priority calls. If you have a police, fire or medical emergency please contact 9-1-1. In addition, as a result of Hurricane Irene, a State of Emergency has been declared by Town of Chester Supervisor Stefan Neuhaus. State of Emergency will be in effect beginning Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 10:00pm until further notice.
