Wind Advisory in Effect Until 8:00am Tomorrow 
The NWS Melbourne has issued a Wind Advisory for strong northeast winds associated with the off-shore passage of Hurricane Irene.
Sustained winds of 20 to 25mph will continue overnight, with occasional gusts to 40mph. Please secure outdoor furniture and other items which may be moved about by the wind.
Strong winds can make driving difficult, especially when operating high profile vehicles. Please use caution.
