ALERT: Hurricane Irene to impact Morris Plains. 
The Borough of Morris Plains is preparing for Hurricane Irene to impact our area late Saturday night and Sunday. The hurricane is expected to bring very heavy rain and damaging winds. Extensive flooding and power outages are anticipated during the storm, and the power may remain out for some time after the storm.
