On August 21, 2011 at approximately 6:50 PM, LAPD Pacific Division officers arrested a 53 year old man for Burglary from a Motor Vehicle.

A witness in the area of Windward and Rivera saw the 53 year old suspect smash the passenger side window of the victim's vehicle then enter inside of it. Upon exiting the vehicle, he was seen stuffing a black bag under his shirt.
